The development of my professional career is basically associated with two large companies. Before becoming an entrepreneur, I worked in various positions for both companies in the field of industrial trade.

At the biggest and that time state- owned metallurgic company in Hungary I was responsible for selling chemical and gas products nationwide. I studied the Hungarian gas market about that I wrote an essay too. The leaders of the company Dunaferr supported me in initiating the not-used-before, new salesing process and technology as the central distribution gas market ended (1987-88). That meant to harmonize the outlets’ need and the optimalisation of production’s quantity and quality with the direct allocation of products by costumers.

As a gas market professional, I took part in the discussion about the privatization with the multinational German business concern. I was called upon to co- working for the newly created company, at the formation of the composite business forms. I accepted the work which was a great challenge and very appealing. I felt  I could take part in the formation of a great new thing.

I played an important role in the work of the group which led the penetration into the market of the technological and special gas products for the Linde Gas Hungary Ltd. That determined the elaboration of the company’s marketing strategy and the continuous rise of the market participation and revenues. Within the most accentuated tasks; continuous market research, holding the patronage, market protection, the control of the operation and configuration of the marketing depot in Central Hungary, introduction of new products, installation of gas supplying system. Elaboration of negotiation strategies, leading of business discussions, formation of commercial offers, agreements and contracts.

Reaching goals as a woman in the masculine business world, was not easy at first. I had to work twice as much to be accepted.

The huge invested work was successful at organizational level and for me personally, too.

The number of customer contracts in my area and thereby the revenue increased permanently and dynamically.

I got acquainted with the system and company culture at Linde which have defined the business thinking up to this day.

In the late nineties came the time of change. I wanted to test myself in other areas and I started to prepare myself for it consciously. I made a decision and went over the contractor sphere with a heavy heart. I trained myself permanently, at the beginning I led more firms successfully and in 2004 we created an economic consultant company which already related to my professional area.

I wanted to improve my over more than twenty years acquired experience and theoretical knowledge. I was always thinking in system, therefore I was interested in increasing the marketing potential, furthermore the exploration and expansion of possibilities which contribute to the increasing business effects with the development of colleagues’ skills.

So as an economist- computer engineer, I graduated at Faculty of Economics of University of Pécs as a management consultant.

Our company gives independent consulting assistance to small and medium sized companies.

Our aim is to give assistance with innovative, systematic, and customised solutions in functional, management and financial process for the new needs of environmental challenge..

Our key fields; handling of changes, development of business, functional seculation, reparation of financial capability and effectuating of its stability.

The development of personal skills – private, grouped, organizational-, we fit to a coordinated course- consultancy. Our functional trainings cover negotiation’s strategy, conflict handling, assertivity, schedule-planning, development of team-dynamic.

I work with consulting partners, in clusters. We are correct and reliable partners for our costumers.

My job requires permanent learning and getting on my knowledge. Sometimes it is struggling, stamina and strength requiring but our solutions and the feedbacks mean success.

I had and have down-to-earth goals for several periods. Its realization is important.

Besides, I brought up two amazing children.

I am convinced, holding of the healthy balance between job, part of the family or leisure is feasible with a good schedule and arrangement.

In my free time I read books and paint pictures with different topics.
